We Buy Land We are currently purchasing land to build apartment communities in the southeastern United States. Our primary focus is on land in the immediate vicinity of public universities as well as land suitable for conventional apartment sites. Generally, the land needs to be at least 10 or more acres in size. However, in some cases the size may be smaller.
