Kenney Properties develops single-family neighborhoods, apartment communities and community environments that enhance the quality of neighborhoods. We take pride in building attractive communities that residents enjoy. Trees line the streets of our subdivisions and apartment homes as they blend into surrounding neighborhoods.

Kenney and partners have developed a variety of quality projects. River Oaks, an upscale 73-lot residential subdivision in North Raleigh was showcased in Southern Living magazine. An award-winning Raleigh weekly newspaper, The Independent, recognized our Alyson Pond subdivision as “The Best Neighborhood for Families” in the Triangle area. Residents living in our apartment homes in Brookefield and Gresham Park routinely rate both as excellent places to live.

Kenney blended technology in his most recent project in Clayton, wiring apartment homes with high-speed phone lines to give residents top-of-the-line Internet access. His apartment communities feature computer salons with access to the World Wide Web for children to work on homework assignments. And Kenney Properties recently brought Holly Springs its first national chain restaurant, Wendy’s, on his Towne Center site.

Over the past decade, Kenney Properties has concentrated its efforts in overseeing the entire development process of each of the communities that Kenney builds, owns and operates. It directs the process from the initial project site selection and overall concept to the final details of construction before transferring each new community to Kenney Realty Services to manage.
